Aloo Bukhara Chutney (Plum Chutney)
Dry Plum Chutney آلو بخارہ چٹنی is a sweet and sour desi condiment that I absolutely love. I always look for this chutney first at weddings where this dish is almost always served.
You can serve this chutney with pulao, biryani or any other Pakistani or Inidan dish.
I wanted to make this chutney for quite a while now but always end up purchasing plum chutney from market. Finally I decided to make this chutney one day and it turned out really really good. Even better than the one I used to get from market.
I can have this chutney with every meal. Here is a very quick and easy recipe to make this chutney at home.
