Mix corn flour, eggs, salt and pepper and make a paste.
Dip florets 1 by one in this paste, coat it really well all around the florets and fry it in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Do not turn the surface brown. It should just be cooked. Removed from oil and put on a Kitchen towel.
In a separate pan take 2 tbsp of oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add chicken broth or water, and rest of the ingredients except cauliflower and cook.
Mix cornflour with water and make a paste.
Add it to the sauce mix and cook till sauce reaches the desired consistency.
If you have a hot plate, make it hot on a stove, place cauliflower florets in that and pour the manchurian sauce over it and serve this sizzling dish.
If you do not have that hot plate then still no worries, you can serve it in any bowl and dish with fried rice or Chowmein.
