    Chicken Ginger

    Chicken ginger karahi

    This is a very quick and easy karahi like dish.

    You can serve it with rice, roti or naan.

    The best part is that this is really yummy yet really really quick and easy to make.

     

     

     

    Ingredients

    • Boneless Chicken 500g
    • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
    • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    • Tomatoes big 4
    • Salt 1 tsp
    • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
    • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
    • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
    • Freshly Chopped Corriander 1/2 cup
    • Green Chillies 3-4 cut in big chunks
    • Yogurt 4 tbsp
    • Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
    • Oil 1/4 cup

    Ingredients

    Cut boneless chicken in small pieces.

    Take a pan, preferably non stick and add chicken pieces, finely chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt,  red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook it covered on low-medium heat for 10 minutes.

    Open the lid add 1/4 cup oil and let it cook on high heat.

    Add 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garam masala powder and fry till oil separates.

    Add green chilli chunks. Add yogurt and mix well.

    Add tomato ketchup and mix again.

    Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix. Turn off the stove.

    Garnish with Julienne cut ginger and serve.
