Chicken Reshmi Kebab
Resham means silk and Reshmi kebab are tasty, juicy and soft.
You can serve these as a snack with tea or with lunch or dinner.
These kebab are so soft and tender that these just melt in the mouth.
You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
- Minced Chicken 500g
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green Chillies 6-7
- Green Cardamom 6-7
- Salt 1 tsp or so
- Cream 1/2 pack
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Bread Slice 1
- Gram Flour (besan) 2 tbsp
- Meat tenderizer 1 pinch
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Put minced chicken and bread slices together in electric chopper and chop till its mixed.
Finely grind mint leaves and green chillies along with cardamom seeds.
Add these to chicken mixture and also add cream.
Dry roast gram flour in a non stick pan till it slightly changes color and mix it to the chicken, also add rest of the ingredients to this mixture and a pinch of garam masala (optional).
Refrigerate it for an hour or so then make kebabs .
Shallow fry the kebabs and serve.
