Chinese Chicken Chilli Dry
Here I am going to share a very quick, easy and tasty recipe of Chinese chicken chilli dry.
You can also cook this dish using beef but for that you have to use beef of very good quality and should pound it really well with a food mallet so it gets cooked quickly.
- Chicken or Beef 500g cut in thin strips
- Green chilies 7-8 (deseeded and cut in thin strips)
- Crushed garlic cloves 6
- Crushed green chilies 4-5
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- White Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- White Vinegar 2 Tsp
- Sesame seed oil few drops
- Oil 4 tsp
Marinate chicken with crushed garlic, crushed green chillies, black pepper, white pepper, salt, sesame seed oil, sugar, soy sauce and white vinegar for at-least 1 hour.
Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan or wok and stir fry chicken, pour the marinade in the pan as well.
Stir fry green chillies in a separate pan and mix with the chicken and serve hot.
