Chinese Chicken Manchurian Recipe
Chicken Manchurian is one of the most popular Pakistani-Chinese dishes and it is simply loved by everyone.
I am sharing below a very quick and easy recipe of this wonderful sizzling Chinese chicken that you can easily make at home.
- Boneless chicken cut in small pieces 300g
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup 1/2 cup
- Chicken Broth 1/2 cup
- Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Ginger and Garlic chopped in smallest pieces possible 1 tsp
- Green Chilli Chopped 1
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Marinate chicken pieces with salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp cornflour and 1 tsp soy sauce.
Chicken pieces could be smaller, I used slightly bigger in this picture than I usually use.
Fry the pieces and put aside.
Fry chopped ginger garlic in 2 tbsp oil and before it starts changing color, add chicken broth, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and green chilli.
Let it cook a little so chicken pieces are cooked through.
Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with some water and add it to the gravy.
Let it get thick and serve in a bowl or hot plate so it sizzles.
