Fried Mutton Chops
This is a very simple recipe of mutton chops and you can serve these chops at tea time and also as a side dish at dinner or lunch time.
These will taste best with tartar sauce or tomato ketchup.
- Mutton Chops 1 kg
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper 2 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp
- Mustard Paste 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread Crumbs
Marinate chops in salt, black pepper, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic and mustard paste.
Add 1 cup water in pressure cooker and pressure cook chops for 12 minutes or less.
Turn the heat to high so the sauce dries up and chops are coated well in the mixture.
Now let the chops cool a little.
Mix a little salt and pepper in eggs and mix well. Place bread crumbs in a plate.
Dip chops one by one in egg mixture and then coat in the bread crumbs mixture.
Fry till these are golden.
