Mutton Makhni an awesome Butter Mutton Recipe
This is one of the most favorite dishes of my friends and family.
Mutton meat is loved in Pakistan and this dish is really quick and easy to make if your use pressure cooker.
A little bit of butter and cream make this dish really special.
- Mutton 500g
- Onion 1 big (chopped)
- Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Cream ¼ cup
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- ½ tsp Coriander Powder
- Butter ¼ Cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Green Coriander 2 tbsp
- Qusoori Methi 1 tbsp
- Whole red Chilies 8-10
- Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
Take some oil in a pan, around 4 tbsp.
Fry onion in it till it changes color and then add ginger garlic paste , fry a little.
Then add mutton, tomatoes , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chilli and water and tenderise it using pressure cooker.
Open the cooker carefully and turn on the stove again and let the water dry.
When water dries add curd, garam masala, coriander powder,whole red chilies, methi and salt, cook a little and then add cream and butter.
Add Chopped Coriander leaves at the end and serve.
